This is post about the areas we visited for bouldering the forest of Fontainebleau. The mission of today, was to find bouldering spots we didn’t visited, yet. Two of us have been four the fourth time to the forest, but we could still find some new places for bouldering…
Troglodyte (Nemours)
Mont d’olivet
After arriving at the camping site, we went to the first area for this short trip. (it was about 7 pm) We started bouldering almost in the darkness, so don’t ask me how it looks like ;)
Mont d’olivet (Nemours)
First real day in Fontainbleau. We went to this small, quiet and very nice area which provides an easy orange and blue parcous. Good to start!
Apremont
Don’t ask me why we have been alone there. Apremont is a really cool place for hard and high boulders! The area has three regions (east, central, west), each of them is large enough to stay there for the hole day.
Gorge aux chats (Trois pignons)
Last trip for us (Barbara and Me). This spot is close to the camping site la musardiere and was the first one we met other climbers. The blue parcous is very easy and the red one is quite challenging.
