We decided to go for the “Rauhen Kamm” this February. We had perfect weather conditions and therefore enjoyed the climb a lot.
The way up to the summit took us about 4 – 5h with breaks starting from Raneck. Only the way up to the “Rauhen Kamm” was strenuous the climb itself was beautiful and less hard as we thought it would be. However crampons and ice-pick are still recommended. Some impressions:
